Payment

We accept the following credit- and debit cards: Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Elektron, Mastercard, Mastercard debet og Maestro. You also have the option of paying with MobilePay (only for Danish customers), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Your payment will not be charged until your order is shipped from NONI Swim.

Prices are shown in DKK, EUR, GBP or USD. The prices shown in the webshop does not include delivery charges. Orders may be assigned to local taxes and/or import duties on your own expense. 

NONI Swim reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.

When you shop at NONI Swim, you agree to the following: privatlivspolitik. 

Returns

As a customer, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to return your order. The order must be returned new and unused, including hangtags and without any signs that it has been worn. Delivery charges are on your expense. If you want to return an order, do it here. 

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered, may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense. Note that NONI Swim has made the choice not to use hygiene stickers in our bottoms to reduce the use of plastic and spare the environment. Therefore we kindly ask you to always wear underwear when you try on our swimwear. 

As soon as we have received and accepted a returned item, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Please be aware that it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account. 

NONI Swim ApS does not take responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us. We recommend that you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent. This way you will have proof that you sent the package and you can contact the post office/shipping company and try and locate the package.

 

Warrants

In case you discover a defect or a flaw on your order from NONI Swim ApS, we ask you to contact us as quickly as possible via info@noniswim.dk. It is your responsibility to account for the defect through photo documentation. 

The consumer protection legislation is 2 years, so if you locate a defect on your swimwear from NONI Swim ApS within the first two years from the date you receive it, please contact us and we will look into your complaint. Defects resulting from bad maintenance are not covered by the consumer protection legislation. We advice you to always read our (Wash & Careguide).

 

Christmas shopping

Christmas gifts can be exchanged until the 15th of january 2021. 

 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange a purchased item to another color or size, you must return the received item and hereafter place a new order through the webshop. 

 

Returns

If you regret a purchase or if you bought the wrong size or color, you can return your order to NONI Swim ApS here. Through this portal it is possible to buy a return label, which you then print and attach to the package with the item you want to return.
